In ministering to the physically handicapped, the association also reaches people who are deaf, and have other disabilities. In addition, the gospel is being preached to those affected by cerebral palsy, convulsive disorders, seizures, polio myelitis, muscular dystrophy, among others. The Disabled and Helping Hands Association is funded by donations from churches and individuals. While preaching to the disabled persons, Dr. E.H. Guti also encourages the physically disabled to be engaged in income generating and self help projects.
Single Ladies ministry is in need of the following:
- To be good wives who know their role according to the word of God: To be good housekeepers and good helpers
- To take their God appointed position beside their husbands, not below or above. Genes 2:18. To be a prayer warrior.
- To be industrious and self-reliant so as to help meet family needs
- To cultivate (through Christ) a sweet spirit in herself that she may gain respect from her husband, children, workmates, neighbors, and society at large.
- To live a holy life before God and man. To present and conduct themselves in a manner that benefits a child of God in the sight of all.
- Women also teach each other on various topics such as: cooking, housecleaning, proper ironing, baking, how to be in good books with in-laws, exercise, hospitality, health care for the face and body among many other useful topics related to the each women’s group.
